Price (right). Flossie (the dog). Aunt Ann was the second wife of Michael Marshall, senior member of Marshall Brothers Elevator Manufacturing located on Diamond Street, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The firm owned the McCrory 5 & 10cent Store property on 5thAve in Pittsburgh. Aunt Ann received $150,000 as her share. Mr. Marshall provided before his death for his son and family and that is why she lived independently. They moved from one resort to another for years. Getting old she bought 6313 Kentucky Ave. home in Pittsburgh and lived independently of them leaving all she had to papa and I . She was the sister of my grandfather Peter Perchment Price and Mazie Winnett Price’s father’s aunt. Her prized possession was the footstool of her mother Margaret Perchment Price.  She would never have it refinished as she liked the kick marks. It probably came from Captain Perchment’s home. She sold 6313 Kentucky Avenue to Obed and Mazie Price for $1.(Edited from Mazie Price’s notes)
